Design Tools

Introduction and summary information about the available Design Tools

Design Tools are the modules and interfaces that contribute to the presentation and styling of any formats including: print, e-books, fixed layout e-books, websites, web-apps, and special and custom digital content packages.

In IGP:Digital Publisher "design" means the properties that are applied to the pre-defined and controlled IGP:FoundationXHTML (FX) tagging patterns.

Design means the freeform use of CSS applied to correctly tagged structures. It does NOT mean the freeform use of XHTML for ad-hoc layout purposes. It is important not to take a website view of valuable digital content tagging.

The primary design tools are:

CSS Editor

Document Designer
