Status

Interface overview

 There are three options in the Status Window.

1. Distribution Alerts. Distribution alerts provide lists of first distribution events ready, metadata (metadata, price and/or rights) change distribution events ready and file change distribution events ready. You can choose to activate or remove the distribution events listed. These alerts do not include automated distribution events.
2. Conformance Warnings. Conformance warning indicate that your metadata is incomplete and an ONIX distribution event cannot take place as a result. You can directly go to the book ONIX metadata editor to make any Required corrections.
3. File Processing Alerts. If any of your uploaded files are orphans and the ISBN cannot be resolved against the book metadata they will appear here. You will have to reupload the highlighted files with corrected filenames.
