Overview

The account owner can see all the complimentary transactions that have been given to the customer as complimentary products.

This is effectively a report interface only. An administrator can use the filtering tools to quickly locate a specific transaction if required.

To display complimentary transaction details along with ACF Transaction UID, Real Payment ID, Transaction Type, Customer, Price and Invoice date. Transactions would be single for all products given as complimentary product.

Preconditions

To carry out all Purchase agreeement operations

• User is logged in as ACF Administrator
• User is on the main ACF Interface
• User has already created a Account in the system 
• User is within the Account Context
• User is able to view the Bookstore Business management  options
  

View Complimentary Product Transactions

To view all the complimentary transactions,

1. Click the "Complimentary Product Transactions" in the Bookstore Business management  options
2. ACF displays the list of all complimentary transactions.
   
3. User can filter the list using the filter options provided.

Closed Transactions

To display closed purchase transaction details along with agreements summary

1. Click the "Complimentary Product Transactions" in the Bookstore Business management  options
2. ACF displays the list of all complimentary transactions.
3. Click the "Closed Complimentary Product Transactions" button.
   
4. ACF displays the list of all the closed transactions. 
   
5. User can filter the list using the filter options provided.

The Tools for Complimentary Product Transaction

Against each transaction, the following tools will be available

Summary(S)

Displays the Complimentary Product transaction summary along with Complimentary Product agreement details. Click the S button to view the Complimentary Product Transaction summary

ACF displays the Complimentary Product Transaction summary. User can click the Complimentary Product Agreements to display the list of agreements.
