The business concept of the IGP:Digital Publisher Management Interface (DPM) is an application that allows controlled department or SaaS business models on digital content documents produced in IGP:Reader/Writer. It has the following primary concepts:
- User
- Administrator
- Maintainer
- Library
- Projects
The users of DP are divided into 3 types.
- Account User: An Account User can view all the documents and projects in an account if he is a participant. The Account User can access and edit his list of private documents as well as collaborate on shared documents with other users in a project.
- Account Admin User: An Account Admin has control over the users, projects and documents in an account. The Account Admin can control (create/delete/modify) users, projects, assign project managers and maintain the storage of images, media, fonts and templates.
- Maintainer: A Maintainer of DP has complete control over the working of the application as a whole. A maintainer can create new accounts, account administrators and manages the storage of all templates, fonts and metadata used in all the documents over all accounts.
