Publisher ONIX Information

The Publisher ONIX Information is the invariable metadata that will be sent with every ONIX file to every distribution channel.

Set up the Publisher ONIX Information

To Start

1. From the Main Page, click the Account Configuration button. 
2. In Manage Account, click Publisher ONIX Information.

To set up the Publisher ONIX Information

1. The Publisher ONIX Information form will appear.
2. Fill up the details of the form.
3. Click Save to set up the Publisher ONIX Information.
4. Click Cancel to quit set-up and return to the previous page.

Details of the Publisher ONIX Information form

General Information

1. Publisher Name: Enter the name of the publisher/publication house. This name is used in your ONIX distributions and must be the exact name you have registered with your various Distribution Channels. eg. ABC Publishers.
2. Name Code: Select the name Code of the Publisher from the Dropdown menu.

Currency

1. Base currency: Base currency is the currency you do your transactions in. Select your Base Currency from the drop-down menu.

Account Contact Information

1. Main Contact Name: Enter the name of the contact who will be managing the distribution activities of your publishing house. This name will be used in your channel forms and ONIX messages.
2. Main Contact email: Enter the email ID of the contact who will be managing the distribution activities of your publishing house. This name will be used in your channel forms and ONIX messages.
3. Main Contact Phone: Enter the phone number of the publishing house.
