IGP:ACF 7.1.0 - Updates, Upgrades & Enhancements

The following updates have been implemented in this release:

Assign free product with purchase product

ACF allows Publisher to assign a free product to be distributed with Purchase Product. When the customer purchases the Product, the free product is automatically added to the Customer's account.

ePub Validator flag for ACFS from LRPE Settings

The ePub validator details are now fetched from the LRPE settings file, instead of the details being hardcoded in the code file.

Assign Complimentary product to Catagorised Customers.

A new "Assign Complimentary Product" form, which has two options in the dropdown

  1. All customers: Assigning the product to combination of both registered and subscribed customers.
  2. All Active Subscription Customers: Assigning the product to all customers who received the last Live issue

NewsFeed Implemented to send email to customers

Using NewsFeed feature to send messages to the Bookstore customers

User can select the target customers of Newsfeed message. The newsfeed is sent as a email to all the selected customers. The allowed options are

  1. All Customers - Send the message to all the customers
  2. All Active Subscription Customers - Send the message to the Customers with current active subscription customers.
  3. Only Subscribed Customers - i.e. users who had registered and purchased. This contains expired customers also.
  4. Only Registered Customers - i.e. users who had registered but NOT purchased.
  5. Only Android Reader Customers 
  6. Only iOS Reader Customers 
  7. Only iOS Native Customers 
  8. Only Desktop Reader Customers 

IGP:ACF 7.1.0 - Bug fixes

  1. When a "New Collection Offer" is clicked multiple times unknowingly, and then creating one Offer and saving the Offer. The Offer entry gets created, the number of time the clicks were done.
  2. Bookstore Update : Purchase Catalog Product Total Amount for a title, is appearing as default Total Amount price on the Collection/Subscription Catalog Product also.
  3. Bookstore - My Account has "Platformos" table head instead of "Platform/OS".
  4. Updated function to Check IP Location. Did a dual check for ip. First checking with geoip. if fails then check with freegeoip.net
  5. Two different accounts that got registered with the same email address, Make signup button disabled on click.
  6. Calender month selection not working properly.
  7. Title on the bookstore, is set to display specific length and then ellipse, thus making it difficult for user to know what the title is.  It would be good to display the entire Title.
  8. Under My Registered Devices tab, when no devices are there, the “device” spelling is wrong.
  9. In the Purchase Catalg, Buy Now button was appearing as “Renew” button.
