Steps to make Subscription Product live on Bookstore

Login to the ACF Admin site, as an Adminstrator User
From the Main Page, click "Upload ePub Files" and upload the required epubs
From the Main Page, click "ePub Books and Documents"
1. Click on "Create Subscription Product" against the respective Title
2. This will create a Subscription Product.
From the Main Page, click "Subscription Products". The Title will appear here
Click on the respective title for expanding the tools. Click on 'Format Control'. A subscription offer can be set for any one or all the below mentioned types of offers.
1. Calender Period Subscription
  1. Select the required format checkboxes against the "Select Formats" row.
  2. Set the "Start Date" value.
  3. Set the "End Date" value.
  4. Set the "Price". e.g. 100.00
  5. Set the "Downloads" limit.
2. Duration Based Subscription
  1. Select the required format checkboxes against the "Select Formats" row.
  2. Set the "Price". e.g. 100.00
  3. Set the "Duration" value.
  4. Set the "Downloads" limit.
3. Access Code Based Subscription
  1. Select the required format checkboxes against the "Select Formats" row.
  2. Set the "Title" of the offer.
  3. Set the "Access Code Count" for the offer.
  4. Select the "Subscription Type". i.e. Calender Period or Duration Based
  5. Set the "Downloads" limit.
From the Main Page, click "Subscription Catalogs"
1. Click on the "New Subscription Catalog" button
2. The New Subscription Catalog form will appear.
  1. Enter the required Catalog Name. e.g. Sci-Fiction
  2. Click OK
  3. "Sci-Fiction" Catalog will get created
3. Click on the "Subscription" title text for additional tools
  1. Click on "Add Products"
  2. Click on the "Add to Subscription Catalog", against the respective title that need to appear on the Bookstore
The title will now be available for sale on the Bookstore, in the "Sci-Fiction" catalog available under the " Subscription Catalog(s)" tab.
