Steps to make Collection Product live on Bookstore
- Login to the ACF Admin site, as an Adminstrator User
- From the Main Page, click "Upload ePub Files" and upload the required epubs
- From the Main Page, click "ePub Books and Documents"
- Click on "Create Purchase Product" against the respective Title
- This will create a Purchase Product.
- From the Main Page, click “Purchase Products”. The Product will appear here
- From the Main Page, click "Collection Containers"
- Click on the "New Collection Container" button
- Enter the required Container Name. e.g. Gutenburg
- Click OK
- "Gutenburg" container will get created
- From the Main Page, click " Collection Products".
- Click on the "New Collection Product" button
- The New Collection Product form will appear.
- Enter the required Product Title. e.g. Gutenburg
- Select Active checkbox
- From the container dropdown, select Gutenburg
- Upload a collection thumbnail, that will be displayed on the bookstore.
- Enter the “Description”
- Fill in the rest of the details, if required.
- Click OK
- "Gutenburg" product will get created
- Click on the respective title for expanding the tools. Click on 'Format Control'. A collection offer is always set on duration.
- Select the required format checkboxes against the "Select Formats" row.
- Select “Active” checkbox
- Set the "Title" of the offer. e.g. One Year
- Set the “Price” of the product. e.g. 1000.00
- Set the "Duration" value. e.g. 12 Months
- Set the "Item Count" value. e.g. 12
- Set the "Downloads" limit. e.g. 10
- Click on Save button.
- From the Main Page, click " Collection Catalogs".
- Click on the "New Collection Catalog" button
- The New Collection Catalog form will appear.
- Enter the required Catalog Title. e.g. Gutenburg
- Fill in the rest of the details, if required.
- Click OK
- "Gutenburg" catalog will get created
- Click on the respective catalog title for expanding the tools. Click on 'Add Collection Products'.
- An interface with the list of existing unmapped collection products will be displayed.
- Click on the “Add to Collection Catalog” link available against the “Gutenburg” product.
- The Collection Product will get successfully mapped to the Collection Catalog.
- From the Main Page, click “Collection Containers”.
- Click on the “Gutenburg” container title for expanding the tools. Click on 'Add Item'.
- An interface with the list of existing unmapped products will be displayed.
- Click on the “Add to Container” link available against the product title.
- The “Add Product to Container” window will launch.
- The product can go live in any of the following two ways:
- Scheduled: Select a date from the calender. Click "Add" button. The Product will be available to the customers on the specified date.
- Instant Publish: Clicking this button, the Product will be instantly available to the customers.
