Steps to make Collection Product live on Bookstore

  1. Login to the ACF Admin site, as an Adminstrator User
  2. From the Main Page, click "Upload ePub Files" and upload the required epubs
  3. From the Main Page, click "ePub Books and Documents"
    1. Click on "Create Purchase Product" against the respective Title
    2. This will create a Purchase Product.
  4. From the Main Page, click “Purchase Products”. The Product will appear here
  5. From the Main Page, click "Collection Containers"
    1. Click on the "New Collection Container" button
    2. Enter the required Container Name. e.g. Gutenburg
    3. Click OK
    4. "Gutenburg" container will get created
  6. From the Main Page, click " Collection Products".
    1. Click on the "New Collection Product" button
    2. The New Collection Product form will appear.
      1. Enter the required Product Title. e.g. Gutenburg
      2. Select Active checkbox
      3. From the container dropdown, select Gutenburg
      4. Upload a collection thumbnail, that will be displayed on the bookstore.
      5. Enter the “Description”
      6. Fill in the rest of the details, if required.
      7. Click OK
    3. "Gutenburg" product will get created
    4. Click on the respective title for expanding the tools. Click on 'Format Control'. A collection offer is always set on duration.
      1. Select the required format checkboxes against the "Select Formats" row.
      2. Select “Active” checkbox
      3. Set the "Title" of the offer. e.g. One Year
      4. Set the “Price” of the product. e.g. 1000.00
      5. Set the "Duration" value. e.g. 12 Months
      6. Set the "Item Count" value. e.g. 12
      7. Set the "Downloads" limit. e.g. 10
      8. Click on Save button.
  7. From the Main Page, click " Collection Catalogs".
    1. Click on the "New Collection Catalog" button
    2. The New Collection Catalog form will appear.
      1. Enter the required Catalog Title. e.g. Gutenburg
      2. Fill in the rest of the details, if required.
      3. Click OK
    3. "Gutenburg" catalog will get created
    4. Click on the respective catalog title for expanding the tools. Click on 'Add Collection Products'.
    5. An interface with the list of existing unmapped collection products will be displayed.
    6. Click on the “Add to Collection Catalog” link available against the “Gutenburg” product.
    7. The Collection Product will get successfully mapped to the Collection Catalog.
  8. From the Main Page, click “Collection Containers”.
  9. Click on the “Gutenburg” container title for expanding the tools. Click on 'Add Item'.
  10. An interface with the list of existing unmapped products will be displayed.
  11. Click on the “Add to Container” link available against the product title.
  12. The “Add Product to Container” window will launch.
  13. The product can go live in any of the following two ways:
    1. Scheduled: Select a date from the calender. Click "Add" button. The Product will be available to the customers on the specified date.
    2. Instant Publish: Clicking this button, the Product will be instantly available to the customers.
