User Account Panel

Opening Screen

On application open the user sees the User Tools on the left. By default it opens showing the Dashboard option - Recent Documents.

The application opens with up to 20 of the most recent documents accessed by your for editing in the right hand Recent Documents tools area.

The first time you log in Recent Documents will be empty. Once you have started using IGP:Digital Publisher this default opening screen will enable you to go quickly and directly to documents on which you are working.

The User Tool Panel

There are six Tool Panel options. The currently selected option is highlighted: These are:

1. Private Documents. Click to show the private documents you have created. These are only available to you.
2. Projects. Click to show document projects you have been added to by an Account Administrator.
3. Library. Click to show all documents that have been finished in editing and committed to the library. These can be read, but not edited.
4. Bookmarks. Click to show books you have bookmarked and organized into your own Bookmark collections.
5. Recent Documents. Click to show the last 20 documents you have been editing (In IGP:Writer).
6. My Account. Click to access your personal account details and modify them as required.For example it is good practice to change your password on a regular basis.

Clicking on any of the Dashboard bars will display that business context immediately on the right side of the interface.

Note

The Interface is responsive which means it can be used on a small screen such as a tablet or mobile device. However this is not recommended for any work other than adminstration. IGP:Writer editing screens are NOT responsive and require a standard desktop or laptop screen size to be used.
